Almost five years on from Grenfell, thousands of residents are still living in unsafe buildings but there’s finally some hope for those impacted by the ongoing cladding crisis.

The Housing Minister, Michael Gove, says developers must agree to a £4 billion plan to fix dangerous cladding on low-rise flats by early March or risk new laws forcing them to act. However, is this enough to solve the crisis?
